Prajapati Yoga Practices
Prajapati Yoga is not your typical yoga or meditation practice where you sit still or perform asanas. This is a holistic approach to spiritual development, blending dynamic energy work with profound meditative practices. You will engage in a variety of transformative practices designed to connect you with different energies and enhance your spiritual growth.
There are seven universally recognized chakras, originating from ancient Indian traditions: the Root Chakra (Muladhara), Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura), Heart Chakra (Anahata), Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), and Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). Additionally, some people believe in a ‘Three Star System’ within the body: the Mind Star, Core Star, and Loin Star. Mangku, the teacher of Prajapati Yoga, acknowledges only what he calls the Fire Chakra and the Blue Flame Chakra. Regardless of which system resonates with you, please remember that ‘chakra’ simply means ‘energy center.’ So, whenever Mangku uses the word ‘chakra,’ you can think of it as ‘energy’ or ‘energy center’.
The following is a reference list of practices offered in Prajapati Yoga. While this list provides an overview of the techniques you may encounter, please note that the full 11-day program is an intuitive journey tailored to each participant. You may experience practices beyond those listed here, or certain techniques mentioned may not be part of your personal path. Every session is guided by the energy of the moment and the unique needs of the participant.

Black can signify strength and protection, but it is also associated with darkness and the unknown. In Balinese culture, black is not solely negative but rather a powerful force in maintaining cosmic balance. It represents the protective aspect of the divine and the acknowledgment of both light and dark aspects of existence.
