Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling is free of charge and can be done up to 48 hours before your scheduled date, subject to availability. The new date must be within one month from the original one.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations are permitted up to 3 days before your scheduled date with the following fees:
- 15% cancellation fee applies for payment via bank transfer
- Free cancellation for payment via PayPal
2. For cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the scheduled date, a 40% cancellation fee will apply, regardless of the payment method used
3. The tour is non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date
