11-Day Prajapati Yoga/Meditation Class
Are you ready to deepen your spiritual practice and explore the transformative power of energy work?
Join us for an exclusive 11-day journey in the heart of Bali, where ancient wisdom meets modern healing practices. This unique program, led by Balinese priest Mangku, offers a blend of movement, mudras, and meditation designed to enhance healing, abundance, and protection.
What is Prajapati Yoga?
Prajapati Yoga is not your typical yoga or meditation practice where you sit still or perform asanas. This is a holistic approach to spiritual development, blending dynamic energy work with profound meditative practices. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, this program is tailored to meet you where you are on your spiritual journey.
Throughout the 11-day journey, you will engage in a variety of transformative practices designed to connect you with different energies and enhance your spiritual growth. These practices include working with the fire energy to ignite inner strength, harnessing the lotus energy for purity and enlightenment, and channeling the blue flame energy for deep healing. You’ll explore the grounding power of earth core energy, the nurturing warmth of love energy, and the revitalizing forces of sun, moon, and star energies. Additionally, the program delves into kundalini activation, aura training, and chakra balancing, offering a comprehensive approach to aligning your body, mind, and spirit. Meet Your Guide
Mangku, a Balinese priest, discovered the teachings of Prajapati Yoga during a profound life transformation. He learned this practice from his teacher, who came to him while he was wandering aimlessly in the forest in Bali during the lowest point of his life. This is a private class. While the core techniques remain consistent, each participant’s journey is unique. Mangku may introduce different practices tailored to individual needs, guided by his intuitive insights.
