What is Prajapati Yoga?
Prajapati Yoga is a unique blend of movement, mudras, and meditation that goes beyond conventional yoga and meditation practices. It’s designed to enhance your connection with various energies for healing, abundance, protection, and more. Whether you’re new to spiritual practices or a seasoned practitioner, this program adapts to your individual needs and goals.

Personalized and Intuitive Guidance
In this flexible class, you can choose to participate for 2 or 3 days. While you won’t receive the complete set of Prajapati Yoga techniques, Mangku will guide you through the core practices, ensuring you receive the most impactful teachings during your time. You also have the option to select specific techniques you’re interested in from our practice list, such as working with blue flame energy, lotus energy, earth core energy, or chakra balancing.
The Experience:
Daily Sessions: You’ll engage in a 1-1.5 hour session each day at a yoga studio in Ubud, or online via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. Each session is designed to be both profound and accessible, regardless of your experience level.
Customizable Focus: Tailor your practice by selecting from a range of powerful techniques, including kundalini activation, aura training, sun energy, moon energy, and more. Mangku will intuitively guide you based on your choices and needs.
Optional Add-Ons
While the Mount Batur and Nusa Penida trips are not included in this flexible program, you can add these transformative experiences to your journey at a later time. Click here to explore these options and make your selection.
Donation-Based Participation
As with our full program, this flexible offering is donation-based. You are encouraged to contribute an amount that feels right for you, reflecting the value you receive from the sessions. Donations can be made through the PayPal button at the bottom of this page.
